Online & Hybrid Coaching

Our online coaching offers personalised programming tailored to your needs. We work with you to determine your specific goals, lifestyle commitments and training experience to create an action plan for your success.
Enjoy customised programming with an easy-to-use app for exercise demos and stay on track with nutritional guidance and regular accountability check-ins. We will be with you every step of the way!
We also offer a hybrid coaching- the option to upgrade our online coaching and connect face-to-face for an in-person session. The perfect way to compliment your online coaching with the opportunity to focus on technique and program implementation; it really is the best of both worlds!
Nutrition

We understand that nutrition is often the key to client’s success but it’s not just providing a “diet”.
Good nutrition is much more than the food you eat! It’s how you eat, what you choose to eat, your food IQ, diet history and your relationship with food.
We aim to educate our clients on nutrition basics, helping create better relationships with food, discovering the importance of fuelling and nourishing their body and eating according to their activity levels and body composition goals.
We discuss portion control, macros and look at ways to optimise our client’s diet while supporting their fitness goals. Most importantly, we take a holistic, realistic, sustainable, and achievable approach to nutrition to ensure positive habit creation and a lifelong healthy relationship with food.

As a coach for a decade, I love helping my clients discover their “WHY” in the gym, to see how strong and capable they are, to get people moving better, to help set realistic, achievable goals based on sustainable lifestyle changes. I want to educate on good nutrition and training habit formation and to help create a healthy and happy lifestyle for now and for years to come.
My priority is to help people realise that good health, better movement, a strong body and positive mindset is the greatest investment they can make in life- it really will change their life!

Meet Sam

Sam is a result oriented accredited PT and Strength and Conditioning Coach that uses a data driven approach to create personalised programs that challenge and motivate his clients. Based in a boxing gym, Sam’s expertise is in boxing technique, hypertrophy and strength & conditioning. He understands the unique challenges people face on their fitness journey; he will push you to reach your full potential in a supportive and encouraging environment while helping you build strength, endurance and mental resilience. He is passionate about helping his clients of all fitness levels break through plateaus to achieve lasting results.
